摘    要:D683系列船用柴油机是上海柴油机股份有限公司在D6114车用柴油机的基础上,根据公司多年的船用柴油机设计经验,结合我国船艇的特点,研制开发的新一代高速、轻型、低排放、节能型船用柴油机,功率范围为110~258kW,主要用于高速船艇的主机动力,也可用于舰船的辅机、发电机组等。主要介绍该系列船用柴油机中功率最大的258kW柴油机的研制开发过程、结构设计及性能研究的情况。

Abstract:D683 series marine diesel engine is developed by SDEC based on D6114 vehicle diesel engine and company′s many years experience in marine engine design and manufac- turing with the combination of Chinese ship′s characteristics. D683 series marine diesel en- gine is light, compact, high- speed, low exhaust emission and energy saving with power range of 110 ̄258 kW. It is mainly used as propulsion powers for high- speed vessels, and power for marine gen- sets and other applications. This paper presents research and development proce- dure, structure design and performance of engine of 258 kW, which is the highest power ranking of the D683 family.
