摘    要:简述了合成氨中压联醇甲醇合成塔内件的主要种类及其优缺点,介绍了新开发的低阻力两轴一径甲醇合成塔设计思路及结构.实际应用表明,新内件既取得了轴径向温差较小的优点,又提高了内件的生产负荷,减小了循环量,因此阻力较低,使中压联醇运行状况得到了明显改善.

Abstract:A brief account is given of the main kinds of internals for the methanol converter in the medium-pressure integrated methanol process and its strong and weak points as well as the design thinking and structure of the newly developed low-resistance two-axial and one-radial methanol converter.The actual use shows that the new internals not only have the advantage of small difference between axial and radial temperatures,but also increase the production load and reduce the recycle,so that the resistance is low,improving significantly the operation of the medium-pressure integrated methanol process.
