摘    要:设定激光照射能量,分别改变脉冲频率和单脉冲能量,用XeCl(308nm)准分子激光消蚀人尸正常主动脉。光镜下观察消蚀坑的组织形态学变化并测量消蚀坑深度,研究脉冲频率和单脉冲能量对消蚀过程的影响。

Abstract:Normal segments of human postmortem aorta were irradiated by 308nm XeCl excimer laser under certain exposure energy with various pulse repetition rates and pulse energy respectively. The influence of pulse repetition rate and pulse energy on ablation procedure was evaluated by observing tissue morphological changes of ablation crater and by measuring depth of ablation with light microscopy.
