摘    要:对SWRCH6A钢丝在不同变形量下力学性能进行测试,并观察热处理后各个变形量下的金相组织。研究表明钢丝拉拔过程中,变形量的制定非常关键。SWRCH6A钢丝在5%~25%的变形量下,球化热处理过程中钢丝易产生晶粒粗大,从而导致产品表面出现"起皱"现象,严重影响产品质量。

Abstract:To test for the mechanical property of SWRCH6A steel wire at different reduction,and observe the microstructure of the wire after heat treatment at different reduction.The research shows that the establishment of reduction is very important in the course of wire drawing.SWRCH6A steel wire is easy to appear coarse crystal when spheroidized at reduction from 5% to 25%,accordingly bring on "cockling" phenomenon appearing on the surface of products,which affects products quality badly.
