高强轻集料混凝土组成与性能的试验研究

摘    要:本文选用三种高强陶粒为粗骨料,在不同水胶比和掺合料下,通过进行系统地配制试验,探讨陶粒混凝土性能与组成的关系。结果表明:陶粒混凝土强度与胶水比在一定的胶水比范围内存在着线性关系,但范围随陶粒种类不同而不同,陶粒的特性(密度、粒型等)是影响混凝土性能的重要因素。

Abstract:Three types of high strength expanded shale were used as coarse aggregate of concrete,the concretes were prepared at different ratios of B/W,additives and coarse aggregates respectively,the relation between material components and performance of HSLWAC was discussed.The results show that the compressive strength of HSLWAC is nearly related to the B/W within a certain range of the B/W ratios which varies with the types of expanded shale.The result also shows that the characteristic of the expanded shale(density,shape etc)is an important factor on the performance of HSLWAC.
