| Abstract: | Tendering assessment is a key step in the bidding,which relates to the problem of how to choose the appropriate company to achieve the aids to cut dowm the investment,shorten the project duration and improve the quality. Based on grey correlation degree a method to assess the tendering is raised in this paper and the step of its use is clarified. |
