摘    要:采取化学分析方法对坪桥油井现场采集的垢样进行成份分析,结果表明:油井结垢类型主要为碳酸盐,其次是硫酸盐、腐蚀产物及有机质油类.并分析了碳酸盐、硫酸盐及有机物结垢机理.提出了络合除垢与缓释型防垢剂配合使用的防治措施.

Abstract:In petroleum industry,pipeline fouling is one universal phenomenon in oil well production,which affects oil well production strongly.This article through ingredient analysis of scaled samples in Pingqiao oilfield by chemical analysis method,the result indicated that the scale is mainly consisted of carbonate and of less sulfate,corrosion products and organic matter.The scaling mechanism was discussed and measures of scaling inhibition and control were also proposed.
