摘    要:弹射装置及其挂钩的闭锁机构是机载导弹发射架的关键部件,其性能关系到导弹能否快速、准确并且安全地被弹射;在用弹簧蓄能弹射的基础上,提出了一种新型弹射装置闭锁机构及挂钩闭锁机构,设计同步解锁装置使两闭锁机构能够同时解锁,并对其各部分进行受力分析与计算,得到可以满足开锁闭锁条件的解锁力,结果表明:此设计可以合理应用于机载导弹弹射系统。

Design Analysis and Research of A New Type of Aircraft Missile Launcher Lock Mechanism
Abstract:Ejection device and hook locking mechanism are key components in the airborne missile launch-er,and its performance is related to whether the missile can have a rapid,accurate and safe ejection.On the basis of spring energy storage ejection,this paper put forward a new type of ejection device blocking mechanism and hook locking mechanism,and synchronous unlock device was designed to make the two locking mechanism unlock at the same time,and had the force analysis and calculation of its parts,and got the releasing forces satisfied the unlock conditions.The lock closure condition results show that the reason-able design can be applied by the airborne missile ejection system.
