摘    要:为了提高小口径榴弹的射击精确度和射击密集度,设计了一种花瓣形一维阻力修正执行机构,以35 mm口径榴弹为弹丸平台设计一维弹道修正弹;利用流体力学软件ANSYS Fluent进行弹丸飞行流场数值仿真,获得了不同马赫数情况下各弹丸模型的气动参数;通过质点弹道模型对弹丸外弹道进行仿真计算;结果表明:阻力执行机构展开过程耗时0.006 s,可以提供平均阻力系数比为3.01;弹道仿真得出:在给定的条件下,修正弹可以提供最大140 m射程修正量。

Design of Petal-Like One-Dimensional Trajectory Correction Mechanism and Exterior Ballistic Simulation
Abstract:In order to improve the firing accuracy of small-bore grenades and the fire intensity,we designed a petal shaped one-dimensional resistance correction actuator,and designed one dimensional trajectory correction projectile with 35 caliber shrapnel;Using fluid mechanics software ANSYS Fluent for flow field numerical simulation,the projectile flying was obtained under different Mach number of the projectile aerodynamic parameters of the model;Through the particle trajectory model,the projectile outside ballistic simulation calculation was processed.The results show that the resistance of actuator takes 0.006 seconds,and the process can provide the average drag coefficient ratio is 3.01;Trajectory simulation show that under the given conditions,correct projectile can provide maximum 140 m range correction.
