火药温度模拟测量装置设计

摘    要:研制与某火箭炮推进剂温度变化特性曲线一致的替代材料,并模拟发动机装药结构进行结构设计;在此基础上,通过设计的药温实时测量装置测量该推进剂相似体,间接获取火箭炮推进剂的温度,并将数据通过串口实时可靠地传送到火控计算机用于弹道解算;该测量装置以单片机 AT89S52作为主控芯片,为保证可靠性,有效利用了单片机内置的看门狗模块,温度测量利用单总线测温元件 DS18B20实现,测量结果由液晶显示器显示;试验证明:药温测量精确度等各项性能指标均达到要求,完全可以满足现代火炮和火箭炮对数字化和信息化的要求。

Design of Simulation Measurement Device for Powder Temperature
Abstract:The alternative materials consistent with temperature variation curve of a rocket propellant were studied,and the charge structure of the engine were simulated and designed.The temperature real-time measurement device designed in this paper acquires indirectly the temperature of the propellant by measuring that of its similar body.Then the data will be transmitted to the fire control computer used for ballistic calculation.This measurement device took the single-chip microcomputer AT89S52 as the master chip.In order to guarantee the reliability,the watchdog module of the monolithic integrated chip microcomputer was used,and the temperature measurement was realized by the single bus temperature measurement element DS18B20.The results of the measurement were displayed by LCD.Experiments have proved that all the performance indicators have reached the requirements,completely meeting the digitization and information for the modern artillery and rockets.
