基于模糊层次评判的火炮测试性分级评估

摘    要:针对用故障总检测率评估火炮测试系统测试性不完备的问题,提出了基于模糊层次评判的火炮测试性分级评估模型。在对某火炮火力系统常见故障进行故障模式分析的基础上,将层次分析法和模糊综合评判的方法应用到分级评估中,实现了对某火炮火力系统的故障测试项目进行一级测试、二级测试、综合测试和工厂测试的归类;通过与某火炮火控系统分级测试分级结果的对比,验证了指标体系和方法的有效性和适用性。

Artillery Testability Classification Assessment Based on Fuzzy Hierarchy Evaluation
Abstract:Due to the detection of total fault detection rate of the testability evaluation for self-propelled gun test system,a gradational evaluation model based on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy compre-hensive evaluation was proposed.Based on the common failure mode analysis of gun test system,the clas-sification of rapid test,functional test,integration test and factory test for self-propelled gun test system was realized with the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Comparing with some fire control system gradational test level,this study verified the applicability and effectiveness of the index system.
