摘    要:蓄能机构是弹射装置的核心部件,由于使用压缩弹簧作为蓄能部件,需要设计可靠的闭锁机构锁定弹簧的压缩量,以及设计解锁机构使弹射时能在瞬间释放弹射杆,使其作用在悬挂物上完成弹射动作。针对在使用EHA作为弹射驱动能源的条件下,如何设计满足弹射要求合理可靠的蓄能机构的关键,提出了楔形块卡锁设计,并通过力学分析与计算,确定了卡锁的尺寸结构。

Design of Locking Mechanism for Airborne Missile Spring Storage and Ejection Device
Abstract:The energy storage mechanism is the core component of the ejection device.Because of the use of a compression spring as an energy storage component,a reliable locking mechanism was required to lock the spring in a specified amount of compression and to design an unlocking mechanism which can release an ejector rod in an instant,so that the action can be accomplished on the suspension.In the condition of using EHA as the driving power, how to design the energy storage mechanism that can meet the requirements of ejection is the key point.According to the requirement,this paper put forward the design of the wedge block,and the size structure of the lock was determined by the mechanics analysis and calculation.
