运载火箭测试发射工艺流程逆流程研究

摘    要:针对运载火箭在测试发射任务中由于发射任务变更或发生故障所导致的运载火箭状态变更和逆向活动处理的问题,结合运载火箭测试发射工艺流程,提出了逆流程的概念和内涵,描述了基本逆流程的信息流向;说明了运载火箭测试发射工艺流程逆流程设计所遵循的一般原则;重点研究了运载火箭测试发射逆流程设计所使用的模块化设计方法、流程优先矩阵法、主关键路径等逆流程设计方法。

Research on Rocket Inverse Process of Test and Launch Process
Abstract:Considering rocket state change and reverse activity caused by test and launch task change or malfunctions,combined with rocket test and launch process,the concept and connotation of inverse process were proposed,and the basic inverse process information flow were described.The common principles of the inverse process design for rocket test and launch process were explained.Some inverse process designing methods for rocket test and launch, such as Modular Design Method, Process Prioritization Matrix and Primary Critical Path were researched in detail.Finally,the inverse flow of test and launch of rocket was obtained.
