水下爆炸双体船隔振性能数值仿真与试验研究水域

摘    要:为了检验水下爆炸载荷作用下某双体船隔振系统设计的合理性,建立了双体船有限元模型,运用大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS,对安装隔振系统后双体船结构在爆炸载荷作用下的冲击响应进行了仿真,采用流固耦合方法考虑空化效应和材料应变率的影响,预估双体船隔振性能。仿真结果表明,双体船经隔振设计后,在水下爆炸载荷作用下,船体底部的塑性变形显著减小,船体的垂向加速度峰值衰减率超过95%。经海上爆炸试验验证,数值仿真结果与试验值吻合良好,双体船隔振系统设计合理。

Numerical Simulations and Tests Investigation in UNDEX on Isolation Performance of Catamaran
Abstract:In order to test the design rationality of a catamaran vibration isolation system in UNDEX,the catamaran finite element model was established.And using the large finite element analysis software ABAQUS,we simulated the impulsion response of the catamaran structure subjected to the explosion load-ing after setting up vibration system,and we predicted the vibration isolation performance of catamaran by adopting fluid solid coupling method with considering the influence of cavitation effects and material strain rate strengthen effect.Simulation results show that the plastic deformation of hull bottom is significantly re-duced and vertical acceleration peak decrement of hull is above 95% via the vibration isolation design of catamaran structure in UNDEX.The result of offshore explosion test verifies that the coincidence numerical simulations with test value is good and the catamaran vibration system design is rational.
