摘    要:为了讨论不同材料对截顶辅助药型罩装药结构形成的影响情况,采用非线性动力学软件AUTODYN-2D对其进行数值仿真,分析了对铜、铝、钛3种材料作为主药型罩和钨、钽、铁3种材料作为辅助药型罩时形成的射流形态的情形,并选出最优材料,然后在选出的材料结构下讨论了辅助药型罩位置的变化对射流成型的影响;研究表明:对于截顶辅助药型罩装药结构来说,选取钛和钽的材料组合优于其他材料组合;辅助药型罩位置的变化对射流的成型影响并不大;研究结果可为聚能射流研究提供参考。

Effect of Material on Additional Body of a Trunconical Liner Shaping Shaped Charge Penetrator
Abstract:In order to discuss the reaction of jet which different materials for structure of a additional body of a trunconical liner,numerical simulations of this situation were carried out by AUTODYN-2D software, and the shape of jet of main liner of copper,aluminum,titanium and auxiliary liner of tungsten,tantalm iron and choosing the best material were discussed. The reaction of shape of jet under the change of place of auxiliary liner under the selected material was discussed. The results show that the group of titanium and tantalum is better than others in the selected material for structure of a additional body of a trunconical liner;and the reaction of shape of jet under the change of place of auxiliary liner is little,which will provide reference for the achievement of penetration without detonation.
