点火药量对发射药燃烧性能的影响

摘    要:以硝化棉(NC)为点火药,装药密度为0.12 g/cm3,编号为1#、2#、3#、4#4种发射药为研究对象,采用密闭爆发器实验测试方法,研究点火压力的改变对发射药燃烧性能的影响。研究表明:随着点火压力的升高,发射药的点火延迟期和燃烧时间均缩短;点火压力越高,基于L-B曲线的燃烧渐增性也更好;4种发射药基于ψ-I/I′K曲线的燃烧渐增性强弱顺序为4#>1#>2#>3#。

Effect of Changing Ignition Dosages on Combustion Properties of Propellants
Abstract:The influence of the changing ignition pressure on the combustion properties was researched. The experiment was carried out by the closed bomb test using four kinds of propellants(1#、2#、3#、4#)and nitrocellulose (NC)as ignition composition with the charging density of 0.12 g/cm3 .The results show:the propellant ignition delay and combustion time is shortened with the increase of ignition pressure;Under higher ignition pressure,progressive burning based on the dynamic activity curve is also strengthened;The progressive burning order based onψ-I/I′K curves of the four propellants is 4#>1#>2#>3#.
