防空作战多目标威胁度排序决策研究

摘    要:为了帮助作战指挥员实施作战决策,建立了目标威胁度判断数学模型作为作战决策的辅助依据。采用层次分析法与效用函数相结合的方法,构建了层次分析模型,对各指标进行量化处理,构造效用函数,加权计算出目标威胁度的综合量化值,建立了空中多目标威胁度自动判断模型。利用某情报指挥系统的目标指示雷达数据应用实例表明:该研究方法具有一定的实用性,为目标威胁度判断提供了科学依据,可用于指导防空部队的作战训练。

Research and Decision for Multi-Target Threat Sequencing in Air Defense Combat
Abstract:In order to help battle command to implement combat decision,target threat sequence model as an auxiliary operational decision based on mathematics was established.Using analytic hierarchy process (AHP)and utility function,we built AHP model,quantified the various indicators,constructed the utility function,weighted to calculate the target threat comprehensive quantitative index and built automatic judg-ment model of target threat sequence for multi-target.An application example to verify the research method that has a certain practicality in using the radar data which are received from a command system provides a scientific basis for target threat sequence which can be used to guide air defense forces combat training.
