摘    要:工程实际中速度和位移信号较难获取,本文通过加速度同速度和位移间的微分关系求得速度和位移。尽管加速度和速度、位移间的数学关系较为明确,但在求取过程中受各种因素的影响,无论采用何种积分算法误差在所难免,影响误差的因素主要有传感器自身因素(零漂)和信号采集精度等,文中忽略零漂以及速度和位移信号初值的影响,重点分析采样频率和采样数据长度对积分结果的影响,在采样数据长度一定的前提下采样频率越高积分误差越大。在采样频率一定的前提下,采样数据的长度对积分误差的影响有限,因此在工程实际中应该尽量采用高采样频率保证计算结果精确。

Research of Speed and Displacement Integral Error Based on Acceleration vibration Signals
Abstract:The engineering practice velocity and displacement signals are relatively difficult to obtain and the differential relationship between acceleration with velocity and displacement can be obtained through its indirect velocity and displacement. Even though the mathematical relationship between acceleration and velocity is clear,it is comprehensively affected by various factors in obtaining process,and no matter which integration algorithm is adopted,error is inevitable. There are a lot factors influence error,which maily include the sensor itself( zero drift)and signal acquisition accuracy,as well as the impact of zero drift velocity,and displacement signals the initial value of the text ignored. We focused on the impact of data sampling frequency and length of the integration result and under the premise of a certain length of sample data,the greater sampling error is,the higher the frequency of integration. At a sampling frequency of certain preconditions,there is limited impact of the length of the sampling data on integration error,therefore,high sampling frequency calculation should be adopted in engineering practice to ensure a accuracy of the results.
