摘 要: | 针对遂行高空气象探测任务的高空气象探测系统缺乏有效定量评估模型的问题,结合高空气象探测系统的单元组成及特点,构建了基于灰色理论层次分析法的ADC静态作战性能评估模型,并对系统的可用性、可靠性和系统能力进行了具体分析;通过实例计算分析,该模型的计算结果与实际情况下专家评估所得的结论相符,为定量评估高空气象探测系统作战效能提供了一种有效途径。

Effectiveness Evaluation of Aerological Sounding System Based on the Improved ADC Method |

Abstract: | Aiming at the problem that the aerological sounding system for high-altitude air sounding lacks effective and quantitative evaluation model,the paper proposed a static campaign efficiency evaluation model based on grey theory of the improved ADC method,combined with the composing and features of the system. The usability,reliability and capability were comprehensively analyzed.According to the actual calculation and analysis,the evaluation results proposed by the model and the experts can achieve a good agreement, which presents an effective method for the campaign efficiency evaluation of the air sounding system. |
