炮口感应装定线圈的安装角度

摘    要:炮口感应装定可以逐发修正炮口初速,炮口制退器形状不合或不允许使用炮口制退器时只好将装定线圈装在炮口侧面,作非共轴感应装定。非共轴感应装定对炮口线圈安装角度要求非常高,并且没有设计规范。为此,通过有限元分析软件 ANSYS 仿真优选出非共轴感应装定线圈的安装角度应为60°。仿真与测试表明,在炮口装定线圈与身管夹角为60°时,磁场分布最为合适,空间装定窗口区间最大。

Angle of Coil on Muzzle Induction Setting
Abstract:The muzzle velocity can be modified by the muzzle induction setting,and the coil is installed at the outside of the muzzle when the muzzle brake is not allowed or the shape of the muzzle brake is inappropriate.The angle of the coil on the non-coaxial induction setting is very important but there is no technical standards.The powerful finite element analysis software ANSYS was employed to recalculate when the appropriate angle is 60°.The magnetic field and the setting window is appropriate when the angle of the coil and the artillery barrel is 60°.
