薄板坯连铸连轧半无头轧制技术在线试验

摘    要:介绍了本钢薄板坯连铸连轧生产线的主要设备和关键技术;分析了动态变规格、自动最小张力、活套控制和高速卷取设备;并在线试验了半无头轧制。采用该轧制技术,不但提高了带钢的厚度精度和平直度,且可生产极薄的带钢和高深冲性能的带钢产品。

Abstract:Main equipment and key technology of Bengang thin slab continuous casting and rolling line, including FGC (Fly Gauge Change) technology, automatic minimum tension control and looper control technology, and major equipment and function of semi endless coiling operation and so on, were analyzed. Semi endless rolling made it possible to improve gauge accuracy and flatness over the full length of the strip. Production of ultra-thin hot rolled strip and high-formability steel strip have become possible with semi endless rolling technology.
