摘    要:通过某利用锌灰生产电解锌企业的原料、生产工艺的介绍,定量地分析了废气、固体废物、废水的产生量,提出了减缓环境影响的措施。电解锌生产过程产生的主要大气污染物是硫酸雾,通过电除雾器吸收,既可回收利用硫酸,又使废气中酸雾达标排放;生产过程产生的各种废水全部回用于造液工序,实现废水零排放;各设备噪声采取相应减震、减噪措施,厂界噪声可达标排放;固体废物可综合利用。

Abstract:By means of introduction on the raw materials and the production process of electrolytic zinc recovery from zinc ash, the production of waste gas, waste water and waste residues were quantitatively analysed, and then the measures to mitigate environmental impacts were proposed. Tb.e major air pollutant which generated in the electrolytic zinc production is sulfuric acid mist. Through Electrostatic precipitators to collect the mist, not only the sulfuric acid can be recycled, but al- so the discharge of waste gas would be reaching the discharge standard. Moreover the various kinds of wastewater in the process could be all returned to the process for making liquid and realized wastewater zero drainage thereby. All the equipmeat adopted corresponding shock - absorbing and noise controlling measures, and then the plant boundary noise would be reaching discharge standards after treatment. Solid wastes could be utilized in a comprehensive way.
