建筑外窗密封性能对外窗节能的影响

摘    要:建筑外窗是建筑外围护结构中热工性能最薄弱的部位,建筑能耗中,有近一半的能耗是通过建筑外窗流失的.建筑外窗的节能性能影响因素主要有建筑外窗的密封性能;建筑外窗的保温性能和建筑外窗的遮阳性能3个方面.文章主要阐述了密封性能对外窗节能的影响及改善措施,分别从外窗的类型、构造设计、密封材料及组装质量等方面进行了详细分析.

Abstract:For the thermal performance, external windows are the weakest parts of the enclosure structure. In building energy consumption, nearly half of the energy was lost through the enclosure structure. There are three main factors can affect enclosure structure's energy performance: this paper mainly described the effects and improvement measures of sealing performance to energy efficiency for external windows, it was analyzed by window types, structural design, sealing materials and assembly quality respectively.
