| 摘 要： | 某小区住宅受临近基坑开挖的影响,主体结构出现了明显的破损现象,同时室外地面也出现了不同程度的开裂.为了解该住宅结构当前的技术状况,需要对其进行安全性检测鉴定工作.笔者详细阐述了对该小区住宅的安全性检测鉴定工作,并提出了相应的处理意见.

| Abstract: | One housing emerged some obvious breakages in bearing structures for the effects of the surface subsidence caused by the nearby excavation. In addition, the ground outside was also suffered different degrees from cracking. In order to grasp the current condition of this building, some safety inspections need to be done. The safety inspection work and propose were proposed and counter measure were suggested. |
