| 摘 要： | 食品召回对于维护食品安全,提高食品质量有着积极作用。为建立、完善我国的食品召回制度,提高我国食品安全水平,在考察美国食品召回制度,比较分析我国食品召回相关法律规定的基础上,从食品安全角度提出建立和完善我食品召回制度的若干见解。

| Abstract: | In order to establish and perfect the system of food recall in China,the food recall system being in practice in the United States was reviewed and compared with relevant laws and regulations in China. In terms of food safety, suggestions were made on the formation of a comprehensive and perfect law for food recall in China. |
