丁二烯抽提装置的防聚防爆设计

摘    要:结合丁二烯、炔烃的物性特点及生产运行经验,分析了聚合、爆炸的现象、机理以及原因。介绍了镇海炼化16万t/a丁二烯抽提装置防聚、防爆的安全操作设计和运行中出现的聚合问题,并提出了解决方法。

Abstract:Combining with the physical characteristics of butadiene and alkynes and the production operation experience,the phenomenon,mechanism and reasons of polymerization and explosion for butadiene unit during production are analyzed.The safety operation design for anti-explosion and anti-polymerization of 160 kt/a butadiene extraction unit is expounded,the polymerization problems in operation are introduced,and the solution is put forward.
