| 摘 要： | 电费回收是供电企业电力营销工作的重中之重。基于GPRS网络的电力流动收费系统结合通信技术、网络技术、计算机应用技术、电子技术等于一体,提出了面向电力行业电费缴费业务的解决方案。方案通过发展电费代办网点的模式,基于强大的GSM/GPRS通信网络,缴费网点可以灵活部署,从而实现"电费营业网点进社区"的模式。
