| 摘 要： | 针对防爆开关箱体去除残余应力的要求,通过对传统热时效与振动时效的比较,提出振动时效是一种投资少、无污染、简单有效的工艺方法。对振动时效的机理、振动时效效果的判定方法及振动时效工艺参数的选择进行了阐述,并将此技术应用到防爆开关的生产中,切实提高了产品质量和生产效率。

| Abstract: | According to the requirement of removal of residual stress in explosion proof switch box, comparing with the traditional thermal aging and VSR,it is raised that VSR is a less investing,less pollution,simple and effective process method.The mechanism and the choice of the process parameters of VSR are introduced.Product quality and production efficiency will be improved with the VSR application on production of the explosion-proof switch. |
