| 摘 要： | 在面点技术相对成熟的今天,造型创新无疑是面点创新的一大突破口,创新不是凭空想象,而需要科学的方法指导。本文认为通过逆向思维改变传统造型,衍生新品种;采用仿生物法经过科学的设计步骤,创造新品种;通过合理规范的实践操作,呈现新品种,是面点创新的有效方法。
