| 摘 要： | 缫丝生产中影响缫折的主要因素有蛹衬厚薄、长吐量、茧丝胶溶失率,上茧中下脚误选率、后缫丝量损耗和丝片回潮率等。对以上因素通过推导、演算给出五个公式,实际运用中,比之沿用的茧损耗百分比缫折计算方法有科学、准确、简易等优点。

| Abstract: | Five formulas are deduced from the major factors relating to cocoon reeling ratio, i.e. thickness of ricotti, quantity of long waste, percentage of dissolved sericin, percentage of eliminated cocoons to reelable cocoons, loss of rereeling and regain percentage of skein, which are simpler, more reasonable and precise in practical use in comparison with the conventional formula calculating cocoon reeling ratio on the basis of cocoon consumption. |
