半球形传爆药结构研究

摘    要:目的 研究一种新型传爆药结构 ,该结构的传爆药能在较少药量情况下保证主装药的可靠引爆 .方法 通过对钝感炸药的特点进行分析 ,以拐角效应理论和相关的爆轰理论为依据提出半球形传爆药装药结构 ,并对其优越性进行实验验证 .结果 在相同的起爆条件下 ,半球形传爆药柱的起爆能力比等质量的圆柱形传爆药柱起爆能力大 .结论 半球形新结构传爆药柱对于提高传爆药柱的起爆能力、降低传爆药用量具有明显效果 ,对于钝感主装药的可靠引爆具有重要的意义

Abstract:Aim A kind of new structure of booster pellet is studied, which can be sure to initiate large main charge explosive under the condition of less explosive quantity. Methods This paper analyses the characteristics of insensitive explosives. In the light of the corner effect theory and relatied detonation theories, the structure of hemispherical booster pellet was designed and its superiority was tested and verified. Results\ Under the same initiating conditions, the hemispherical booster pellet has a stronger initiating capacity than the cylindrical booster pellet of same quantity. Conclusion\ The new structure of hemispherical booster pellet has obvious effects on increasing initiating capacity of booster pellet and on decreasing explosive quantity. It has the significance of initiating reliably insensitive large main explosive charge.
