烟气轮机运行技术总结

摘    要:烟气轮机是催化裂化装置的关键设备,其运行好坏直接影响装置的“安、稳、长、满、优”运行及企业的经济效益。从2006年至今.前郭石化公司烟气轮机不断结垢。从结垢情况分析认为,降低烟气轮机人口烟气中催化剂粉尘浓度、减少炯气中蒸汽含量、保持再生系统操作乎稳可以缓解烟气轮机结垢;催化剂配方的调整、选型的更换是进一步解决烟气轮机结垢的工作重点。

Abstract:The flue gas turbine is a crucial component of a catalytic cracking unit,and its performance has a direct impact on the operation of the catalytic cracking unit as well as the performance of the enterprise. Since 2006,scaling has been an unconquerable problem in the flue gas turbine in Qianguo Petrochemical Company.After analysis,researchers believe that the scaling could be alleviated by reducing the concentration of catalyst dust in the flue gas at the inlet of the flue gas turbine ,reducing the content of steam in flue gas and stabilizing the re-generation system.In addition,adjusting the compounding formula of catalysts and switching to different types of catalysts will play an important role in addressing the scaling problem in flue gas turbines.
