Grout EPS Plate Heat Preservation System Construction and Control

EPS plate heat preservation system is the key construction method, applied for heat preserving of the outside wall surface, to conform to the energy-saving and environment-protection requirements. The system uses special polymer felted sand slurry to stick the EPS plates on the frame surface and uses anti-crack sand slurry and glass fiber mesh to enhance its intensity and flexibility. This EPS plate technology applies to all kinds of outside wall construction and enjoys its advantages of construction convenience, short project time, economy as well as freedom from cold bridge effect. The technology was developed in 1970s, but was widely utilized in China until in 1990s.
