无破胶剂聚合物压裂液的研究

摘    要:在合成了由短链分子聚合和交联的新型无破胶剂压裂液的基础上,考察了增稠剂浓度、交联剂用量对压裂液性能的影响,评价了新型无破胶剂压裂液的综合性能。结果表明,当增稠剂浓度在2.0%以上,交联剂浓度增加,液体的粘度迅速增大;无破胶剂压裂液在170 s-1的剪切速率下120 min后仍具有较好的剪切稀释性;新型无破胶剂压裂液与常规的胍胶相比,同样具有滤失量低的特点,在90℃下,压裂液仍有较好的携砂能力;其还具有表面活性剂清洁压裂液无残渣、易返排的特点。此外,该压裂使用方便,还可再生重复使用。

Abstract:A neo-type fracturing fluid that requires no internal breakers has been synthesized.The fracturing fluid is composed of short chain molecule polymer and cross-linking agent.This paper reviews the influence of the concentration of thickening agent and the quantity of the cross-linking agent has on the performance of fracturing fluid.Then it evaluates the all round performance of the neo-type fracturing fluid.Finally,the paper reaches the conclusion that,the dense of thickening agent is above 2.0%,the liquid viscosity is prompt enhance;the neo-type fracturing fluid has fairly good shearing dilntion on the condition of 120 min cutting time and the 170 s-1 shear rate;it also has the character of lower filter loss amounts as same as that of guar;under 90 ℃,this neo-type fracturing fluid has fairly good capability of suspending sand;this neo-type fracturing fluid without internal breakers has the merits of easily controlled rheological properties,and low filtration as the conventional guar-based fracturing fluid;it also has the traits of residum free and flow-back easily as the surface active agent cleaning fracturing fluid;besides,this neo-type fracturing fluid without internal breakers is easily used and can be regenerated for recycle.
