摘    要:通过实验室研究,确定了钒氮微合金化中厚钢板的化学成分和TMCP工艺。对工业试制的Q420C级钒氮中厚钢板,采用添加Nitrovan12合金的方法,可保证钢中钒、氮配比稳定,而且钒的添加量仅相当于传统用量的2/3。试生产的钒氮微合金化中厚钢板的各项力学性能完全满足GB/T1591-94标准要求

Abstract:The TMCP parameters and the composition were determined in laboratory for producing vanadium-nitrogen microalloyed plate steels. In the Q420C vanadium-nitrogen microalloyed steel plate subjected to TMCP, the addition level of vanadium content equals to about 2/3 of the conventional one. Adding Nitrovan12 to the liquid steel, the mixture ratio of vanadium to nitrogen could be stabilized. The mechanical properties of the products are in accordance with the criteria in GB/T1591-94.
