基于弹性接触理论的连杆有限元分析

摘    要:基于弹性接触理论,对连杆进行了接触问题的有限元分析,并对连杆受压的传统处理方法和接触分析方法进行了对比研究。以LJ377MV汽油机连杆为例,通过所建模型、应用有限元分析方法进行了计算和对比分析。结果表明,用接触分析的处理方法对连杆进行结构分析,能相对准确地反映连杆的应力和应变,有利于连杆的优化设计。

Abstract:A connecting rod was studied by finite element method based on elastic contact theory.Comparing and contrasting the tradition method with contact method while the connecting rod was pressed.Take LJ377MV Model as an example,the connecting rod was calculated and compared by using the modeling of finite element.The research results revealed that the true stress and strain of connecting rod were comparatively described by using elastic contact theory and the method was of benefit to optimization the design of connecting rod.
