摘    要:根据巴基斯坦杜达铅锌矿充填系统运行存在的问题,围绕戈壁集料含土量增大和供应不足的矛盾,以充填体强度满足采矿工艺要求为基本条件,以进一步降低充填成本作为优化方向,分别开展添加粉煤灰、废石破碎料替代戈壁集料、增加尾砂使用量以及低灰砂比实验。实验表明,废石破碎料替代戈壁集料可满足充填强度要求;添加粉煤灰和降低灰砂比在特定条件的采场可用,可降低充填成本;增加尾砂使用量的同时通过添加外加剂以及微细矿渣粉替代部分水泥的方式可满足充填强度要求。综合杜达铅锌矿现场实际情况,采用提高尾砂用量并添加外加剂的方式为充填料配比优化的最佳方案。

Abstract:Abstract: According to the problems existing in the operation of Pakistan Duddar Lead-zinc mine filling system, around the gobi aggregate soil content increase and insufficient supply contradiction, meet the strength of the mining process, to further reduce the filling cost as the optimization direction, respectively add fly ash, waste stone crushing material instead of gobi aggregate, increase the use of tailings and low ash sand ratio experiment.The experiment shows that the Gobi aggregate can meet the filling strength requirements; adding fly ash and reducing the sand ratio are available in the stope with specific conditions, and can reduce the filling cost by adding admixture and fine slag powder.Based on the actual situation of Duddar Lead-zinc mine site, the best scheme to optimize the ratio of filling materials is adopted by increasing the amount of tailings and adding admixture.
