Abstract:Manufacturing enterprises servitization may fail because of the existence of service paradox in the process of service derivative.To explore the value creation mechanism of manufacturing enterprises under two dominant logics and the internal laws of service derivative on manufacturing performance,a supply-demand value creation model was built considering the relationship between the cost and performance of manufacturing enterprises under both product and service dominant logic.The results showed that the service dominant logic of manufacturing enterprises might not be able to achieve greater value creation of supply and demand,but existed a boundary measured by the unit cost of products.Under the service dominant logic,the overall optimal value of supply and demand was affected by enterprise's attention to customer interests and customer repurchase rate.The relationship between the service level of manufacturing and the overall value of supply and demand was inverted U-shape.The results provided theoretical guidance for manufacturing enterprises to implement service derivatives.
