摘    要:针对于一些选矿厂矿石粒级分布不均匀,含水量波动较大,多振动给料机给矿反馈大时滞以及时滞不稳定的问题,设计开发基于大间隔采样积分控制及模糊PID恒定给矿控制系统,实现磨机给矿量的恒定控制。系统运行可靠,抗干扰能力强,提高了设备的自动化水平和磨机的生产效率。

Abstract:In some concentrators, the ore size distribution is uneven, and the water content fluctuates greatly, Large time delay and unstable time delay of ore feeding feedback of multi vibration feeder ; Based on large interval sampling integral control and fuzzy PID constant ore feeding control system is designed and developed to achieve constant control of the mill feed rate. The system runs reliably and has strong anti-interference ability, which improves the automation level of the equipment and the production efficiency of the mill.
