脉冲CO2气保焊的工艺研究

摘    要:在晶体管脉冲 CO_2焊研究的基础上,提出了利用双电源产生脉冲电流进行CO_2气保焊的方法,确定了两种焊丝直径下能使电弧稳定的脉冲参数变化范围,阐述了主要脉冲电流参数对电弧稳定性、熔滴过渡和飞溅的影响。研究表明:与常规 CO_2气保焊相比,在平均电流为200~300A 时,利用这种方法焊接可以在很大程度上减少飞溅,并能改善焊缝成型。

Abstract:Based on the study on transistorized pulsed CO_2 welding, the pulsed current produced by double power source and the gas shielded welding methods are presented.The pulsed parameter ranges whieh make the are stable using two wire diameters are determined.The effect of the main pulsed parameters on arc stability,metal transfer and spatter are de -scribed.The results show that the methods can reduce the spatter greatly compared with the common CO_2 welding when the average current is 200- 300A,and the appearance of weld can be improved.
