| 摘 要： | 新一代钢厂指的是具有钢铁制造、能源转换、废弃物消纳功能的专业化钢厂。精准设计理论是指导新一代钢厂建设的现代设计理论,其理论基础是冶金流程工程学,核心思想是实现钢铁制造流程的动态-有序-连续-紧凑。介绍了新一代钢铁制造流程的特点,阐述了精准设计应遵循的原则及步骤,剖析了精准设计的特点,提出钢铁设计研究专家系统和流程仿真平台是精准设计的配套技术,其研究结果对钢厂设计具有理论指导意义。
