摘    要:介绍一种新型的石墨电极实时测量系统,该系统采用MCGS组态软件和PLC相结合的设计方法。某碳素厂的生产运行结果表明,该系统的实时性和可靠性好,符合工控现场的要求,使工作效率得到了明显地提高,便于实现产品质量的监督和管理。

Abstract:In this paper, a measurement system for Graphite Electrode is introduced, which is composed of the upper level computer with the configuration software and PLC as the lower computer used to measure and communicate. A method which contains PLC and configuration software is applied. It is proved by a long time working in a carbon material factory that the system can improve the speed of the Graphite Electrode Measurement. Therefore, the reliability, accuracy and efficiency of the system are enhanced.
