高频淬火机械手分布式控制系统研究与设计

摘    要:通过对四自由度气压式圆柱坐标型高频淬火机械手装置及其控制系统的研究,探讨了基于CAN总线的两级分布式机械手控制系统体系结构,阐述了控制系统的软、硬件结构组成,并对下位机CAN总线智能节点的硬件设计、CAN节点通信控制程序以及在Windows平台上用VC 6.0开发的机械手上位机监控软件进行了较为详细的论述.该控制系统已成功应用于高频淬火机械手装置中,性能稳定、运行可靠.

Abstract:According to studies the atmospheric pressure type round cylindrical coordinates type high- frequency quenching manipulator device of degree of freedom four and control system, the paper discusses two grades of distributed manipulator control system structure which based on CAN bus, explained the structure of the software and the hardware of control system, the hardware of nodal intelligence and CAN nodal communication control procedure and location plane control software hand with VC ++6.0 on Windows platform State is designed. This control system has already been succeeded in applying to the manipulator device of high- frequency quenching, it is reliable and stabilized.
