摘    要:目前食品安全是全社会广泛关注的焦点问题,该文从食品安全存在的问题入手,分析了中国食品安全问题的现状,简要介绍了中国食品标准的发展历程和趋势,并对中国食品标准与食品安全问题的脱节进行分析,提出了相应的解决办法。

Abstract:Food safety was a focus the whole society. The status of food safety was analyzed at first, then the process and the trend about food standards development were introduced. In the end, it analyzed the deviation in the food standards and the food safety problems, and put forward the solutions of the deviation.
