薄层色谱法测定渣油族组成的研究

摘    要:以色谱棒薄层色谱法替代薄层板的薄层色谱法,对渣油的族组成进行了研究。确定了溶剂的精确配比,选择了适宜的展开剂。在定性分析的基础上,考察了样品的负载量、TLC/FID的扫描速度,并与经典柱色谱法进行了比较,结果完全吻合。同时,测定了各组分的校正因子之比,考察了方法的准确度与精密度,并对实际样品进行了测定。

Abstract:Group composition of the vacuum residual oils was studied by chromatobar instead of chromatosheep.The precision ratio of solvent was confirmed,and feasible spread solvent was selected.On the base of qualitative analysis,sample's capacity and TLC/FIC scan speed was studied.Comparing with the classic column chromatogram,the result was completely consistent.At the same time,each ratio of correct factor were measured,accuracy and precision of the method were examined.Combine to proceeds,actual samples were tested.
