摘    要:为了提高8 m2竖炉球团矿产量和质量,采取了改造干燥床篦条、调整优化干燥床、提高生球质量和开发应用竖炉二冷系统等措施,使球团矿产能提高了51.49%,稳定了球团矿质量,降低了能源消耗。

Abstract:In order to increase the production and improve the quality of pellet at 8 m2 shaft furnace,modifications were carried out and measures taken, such as improving the bar grate of hearth drier,adjusting and optimizing hearth drier, improving green ball quality and developing and applying thesecondary cooling system for shaft furnace. The pellet productivity was increased by 51.49%, pelletquality was stabilized and energy consumption was reduced.
