摘    要:以美的公司FS40-8E2型风扇为对象,研究在相同转速下不同的叶片安装角度对风扇周围流场分布的影响。通过数值模拟实验得出质量流量、空气流速、功率随安装角变化的曲线。综合考虑风扇的外观特点等因素,给出了叶片相对节能的安装角度。

Simulation Analysis of the Effect of the FS40-8E2 Blade Installation Angle on the Flow Field Distribution around a Fan

Abstract:With MIDEA model FS40-8E2 as an example,the effect of different blade installation angles on the flow field distribution around a fan at the same rotating speed was studied. Through a numerical simulation test,changing curves were obtained of the mass flow rate,air velocity,and the power with the installation angle. With the fan appearance characteristics taken into consideration,a relatively energy-saving installation angle was proposed.
