| 摘 要： | 随着我国污水排放量的增加和污水处理能力的提高，污水处理过程中产生的剩余污泥数量急剧增加，成为亟待解决的城市固体废弃物．其产量巨大且成分复杂，如何对它进行合理处置与利用已越来越受到人们的关注．文章分析了目前国内外剩余污泥处置与利用现状，综述了近期污泥处置与利用的发展趋势，指出充分考虑安全性的前提下可优先将污泥土地利用和农用，使污泥资源化，促进农业的发展．

| Abstract: | With the increase of quantity of wastewater effluent and the improvement of sewage process ing capacity, the amount of residual sludge in wastewater processing increased rapidly and resulted in urban solid wastes urgently to be solved. As it has huge output and complicated components, so how to dispose and utilize it properly has attracted more and more people＇s attention. The paper discussed systematically the situation o＇f residual sludge disposal and utilization at home and abroad, and made an overview of latest trend in development. The paper points out that on the premise of safety the sludge might be used in agricultural production, thus turning it into a resource beneficial to the agricultural development. |
