基于指标判别法的客户流失预警系统研究

摘    要:随着电信业改革的深入和竞争的不断加剧,各大电信企业的客户流失率逐步攀升。建立有效的客户流失预警系统是企业有效保持客户,减少流失成本的关键。对客户流失预警系统一般使用的流失判别方法进行了阐述,针对其中的指标判别法,研究了预警系统的后台数据库的逻辑设计过程,分析了明细层数据的查询过程和综合层数据的查询过程,介绍了预警系统的前台展示界面。
