基于UGNX的机床夹具标准件库的开发

摘    要:针对传统的夹具设计方法由于劳动强度大、设计周期长和效率低等缺点已成为制约现代制造技术发展的瓶颈这一问题,以UGNX为开发平台,以VC++6.0为开发环境,利用UGNX提供的UG/OPEN MenuScript、UG/OPEN UIStyler和UG/OPEN API二次开发模块,建立了机床夹具标准件库。经验证,该标准件库的建立对提高夹具设计效率,缩短夹具开发周期具有重要意义。

Abstract:The traditional fixture design method has become bottleneck of restricting the development of modern manufacturing technology due to it's shortcomings of labor-intensive,long design cycle and low efficiency.To solve this problem,it builds the fixture standard parts library in VC++ 6.0 development environment with UG/OPEN MenuScript,UG/OPEN UIStyler and UG/OPEN API secondary development module.The application shows that the foundation of standard parts library is important for improving fixture designed effi...
